Brady Walsh moved to Pleasanton back in 1997 after having lived in Saratoga / Los Gatos for most his life. Having grown up in the South Bay where his parents owned and remodeled several homes, Brady quickly learnt the benefits of home ownership, a little sweat equity and the power of leverage. Brady bought his first home in downtown Pleasanton in '97 after having graduated from San Diego State with a Finance Degree. He moved onto fixing and flipping other properties. His passion for real estate, buying and fixing up homes from an investment standpoint was a natural transition into Real Estate / Property Management and his new career with Keller Williams Realty. He joined Daisy Borba’s team helping people with all their real estate needs, whether it be helping buyers finding their first home / or a new bigger home, helping tenants find a rental, or helping investors buy good investment property / find good tenants / manage those investment properties / and selling them when the time is right. When he’s not helping people with their real estate needs, he loves to travel, try new and exciting cuisine either by cooking at home with friends and family or dining out (Sushi lovers won’t have to go far – Momiji’s Downtown Pleasanton is as fresh as sushi can get – highly recommended), get a few days of skiing / snowboarding and a few rounds of golf in a year. |
